Rinjani Trekking 3 Days Itinerary:
Day 1: Sembalun Village – Crater Rim (Plawangan Sembalun)

Morning: Begin with a registration check at the Rinjani National Park office in Sembalun. Start trekking through open rolling grasslands and savannahs, enjoying a steady incline with dramatic mountain views.

Afternoon: After a freshly prepared lunch along the trail, face the famous “7 Hills of Regret” (Bukit Penyesalan), a steep climb leading straight up to the crater rim.

Evening: Reach Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639m). Our porter team will have your tents already pitched. Feast on a warm dinner while watching a spectacular sunset over the clouds, then get an early night’s rest for the summit push.
Day 2: Summit Climb (3,726m) – Crater Lake & Hot Springs – Senaru Crater Rim

Midnight (02:30 AM): Wake up to a light breakfast and hot tea. Begin the challenging, steep summit push on loose volcanic scree and sand under a blanket of stars.

Sunrise: Reach the Summit of Mount Rinjani (3,726m). Celebrate your triumph as the sun rises over the horizon, lighting up the entire island of Lombok and the surrounding oceans.

Mid-Day: Descend back to camp for a hearty breakfast, then trek down into the caldera to Segara Anak Lake. Relax by the water and soothe your muscles in the nearby natural hot springs.

Afternoon/Evening: After lunch at the lake, climb back up the other side of the caldera to the Senaru Crater Rim. Enjoy your final night of camping with a legendary sunset view looking back at the summit and the lake below.
Day 3: Senaru Crater Rim – Dense Tropical Rainforest – Senaru Village

Morning: Enjoy a relaxed breakfast overlooking the morning mist rising from the crater lake.

Mid-Day: Begin your descent into the shade of the lush Senaru tropical rainforest. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, including the Rare Black Lutung monkeys swinging through the canopy.
